CCS employs rigorous quality control procedures. Our Director of Quality Assurance works with our Project Managers in documenting and augmenting everyday quality processes that are exercised in all phases of our work. Some of these steps include:

Overseeing of mailing lists and the timely, accurate distribution of printed material disseminated to Class members

Maintaining oversight of phone operators to provide accurate information

Ensuring accurate data capturing

Ascertaining proper capture and usage of electronically filed data

Evaluating data received from all forms
Paying careful attention to Class Period dates claimed by Class Members
Testing of calculation formulas
Understanding documentation requirements and surrogate procedures
Determining who is filing the claim or opt-out
Eliminating any "overlapping" or duplicative data between claims and opt-out requests.

Additionally, online validations for entering transactional data are incorporated into our systems and are customized to accommodate project specifics (e.g. variances based on defined parameters).

CCS also produces exception reports to check the data for each Settlement, including an in-depth review to identify duplicative claim and overlapping data.
