Value Added Reviews

At the request of Counsel and/or the Courts, Complete Claim Solutions conducts audits of high-volume/complex or “troubled” settlements administered by competitor firms, in order to ensure accurate calculation of claims and distribution of funds for each of the Settlements.

This auditing process consists of:
Testing of computer programs and calculations
Reviewing the implementation of plans of allocation, operational policies and the usage of source data

Reporting to Counsel specific operational errors, individual claim issues and overall impact to the settlement

Sharing our findings and methodologies with the claims administrator as a value added service to protect the future interest of the Class members.
